The shape of the original sprocket socket is forged directly, which has large dimensional error, rough surface and low wear resistance. With the wide application of CNC machine tools and the reduction of processing costs, it is suggested to leave a little margin after forging and finish machining by numerical milling, so as to improve the dimensional accuracy and surface roughness, so as to improve the wear resistance.
